Eye Gazing

Deepening Connections with Self and Others

"When eye contact is initiated and maintained, An invisible energetic circuit is established between the participants, Dissolving the barriers that ordinarily separate them from each other, Drawing them ever closer into a shared sense of union."
~Will Johnson
Rumi: Gazing at the Beloved: The Radical Practice of Beholding the Divine

The eyes are the window of the soul. When you gaze at someone you are allowing yourself to see and be seen. Eye contact deepens the love and connection that you have within yourself and that which you share with the world. Eye gazing is essentially a form of meditation that is prevalent in the ancient traditions of mysticism such as Tantra, Sufism, Shamanism and Kahuna. The 12th Century Persian poet, Rumi, referred to this practice as "gazing at the Beloved." The practice of eye gazing is an opportunity to dissolve into the higher states of who you are. It becomes a sense of unity consciousness, where you and the other can disappear into the gaze and eventually all that remains is... the gaze itself. Sometimes the simplest practices can bring about the most extraordinary results. This 2.5-hour seminar focuses on the practical mysticism of Eye Gazing. Radically increase your comfort level of eye contact with new people. Meet a new love. Revive the spark in your current relationship. Deepen your familial connections. Magnetize new business. Make deeper impressions at interviews and in public speaking. Increase the energy of your work and the connection between you and your clients. Apply it to any aspect of your life where you would like to experience deeper connections.
