What is the goal of stretching?
What level of stretching is “right” for you?
Are you relatively active or inactive? How do you move your body in life?
How do you want to or need to move? Are you recovering from an injury?
Are you a runner, a biker, a walker, an acrobat, a contortionist?
Jim Donak has asked all of these questions and many more! His life and work
are devoted to helping people move creatively and effectively in and through life.
Spend an evening asking Jim questions & benefiting from his knowledge, experience & humor.
Jim’s style of teaching/working is highly interactive, inquisitive & dynamic.
You Will Be Moved & You Will Stretch Your Mind, Along with Your Body!
