Acu-Yoga: Self-Care

You are Invited to a Talk & Mini-Class on
Self-Care using Acu-Yoga, a gentle system of
exercises integrating two ancient methods of
health maintenance, Acupressure and Yoga.
Practice of Acu-Yoga can relieve stress, increase vitality,
and bring balance to body, mind & spirit.
Ananda will share simple yoga poses for the Pericardium
(Heart Protector), & Triple Warmer meridians (energy
lines). By opening & balancing the Pericardium we more
deeply connect with the Joys of Life. By exploring the
Triple Warmer meridian we help regulate and balance
the Heart: physically, mentally & emotionally.
We will conclude the evening with the
1000 Petal Lotus Acu-Yoga Meditation,
for relaxation & spiritual peace.
Comfortable Clothing Recommended.
