Reiki translates as “universal life-force energy”. Reiki has proven to be powerful and effective in working with animals. Using it with one’s own animal friends, Reiki deepens the communication and bonding you share. During a Reiki session, the practitioner places his or her hands in a number of positions on the animal's body, healing energy is then transmitted wherever the innate wisdom of the receiver finds a need. The practitioner acts as an energy channel. Reiki works at a deep level uniting “body-mind-spirit”, thus facilitating healing energy to flow freely and stimulating the body's ability to heal itself. Reiki is easily, safely and effectively combined with whatever traditional attention and care your animal friends are already receiving.

Tom is an Usui Reiki Master & Creator of the Reiki Distance Healing Network. He is a certified teacher/practitioner of multiple healing arts for both animals & humans including Acupressure, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Craniosacral Therapy, Qi Gong, Polarity, & Somatic Emotional Experiencing. Tom’s natural ease with animals and humans will help you feel comfortable and capable as you are initiated into the power of Reiki for Animals. Attunement into the Usui Reiki lineage is included within the class tuition.

This class is taught offsite at a facility that allows ease
of working with animals.
