aging, stiffness and chronic fatigue. Explore clinical hands-on
gentle techniques in a residential skilled nursing home located
in Berkeley. Develop palpation methods to balance the cranial rhythm
while using key acupressure points for enhancing memory and concentration.
Learn to lead self-acupressure techniques and easy breathing exercises
with therapeutic guided imagery for seniors living in adult community
settings. Discover gentle hands-on techniques to aid emotional balancing
as well as the physical needs of senior citizens such as arthritis
relief, aging process and major medical conditions. Completion of
the Acupressure Institute's 150 hour Basic Training or an equivalent
massage training program is required to enter this special healing
course.
