| Body Psychology explains the underlying emotions that create tension in the body, area by area. This class explores each body area (eyes, jaw, neck, shoulders, chest, abdomen, back, pelvis, arms, legs, hands, and feet) and associated emotional tension patterns. Acupressure session patterns are provided and practiced for alleviating tension in each area of the body. The Acupressure Body Psychology approach of this class is a heart-oriented system, as explained in the extended description. |
